PU Steel Wire Ventilation and Dust Suction Hose is processed from TP polyurethane material and high-strength copper-plated steel wire in a spiral pattern. It features lightweight, flexibility, good elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance, aging resistance, high transparency, non-toxicity, odorlessness, small bending radius, good negative pressure resistance, and the ability to maintain its shape under vacuum conditions. It also maintains flexibility at extremely low temperatures. With ultra-high strength and a long service life, it can discharge static electricity when connected to machines. The applicable temperature range is from -35°C to 90°C (up to 125°C for short periods). The hose is available in lengths of 10 meters, 15 meters, and 20 meters, and can be cut to any desired length. Custom production of various sizes, models, and colors is also available based on customer requirements. It is suitable for suction applications involving abrasive solids such as dust, powders, fibers, and is widely used in woodworking dust suction hoses, woodworking machinery hoses, ceramic machinery hoses, ceramic factory dust suction pipes, blanking hoses, and for handling debris and granular materials. It can also be used for gaseous media, industrial dust removal and suction, industrial vacuum cleaners, and paper or debris fiber suction.
